Is there a way to delete any award? I was trying to manually add a workout but I clicked add before I changed the time. So it looks like I took a walk from 9:20 pm to 6:20 am, therefore, I was given a new walking workout achievement that I didn’t actually earn.

I have already deleted incorrect workout. I received an achievement for the workout that I want to delete as well since I didn’t actually earn it.
Open Apple Health app on the phone;
click on browse
click on activity
click on workouts
click on show all data
find the workout that is incorrect (write down or remember the start time - it is shown on this page)
swipe left and a delete option will show
click delete
The only way I can see to do this is to unpair the watch then re-pair the watch and when it asks choose restore from backup and hopefully you have a backup that was made before you did that workout.
