Frequent pop up asking to allow or deny incoming network connection for an app that I cannot find on my Mac, "UltraSearchApp". Occasionally I can deny but more often I have to allow to get the pop up to go away. Does anyone else have this issue?

I suspect you have installed adware/malware. Try running this trusted utility https://www.malwarebytes.com/mac/
or
You can always manually search out the parts and pieces of the adware/malware
