"UltraSearchApp" keeps popping up asking me to allow incoming network connections. I can't find this application on my computer and I can't figure out how to stop it. I have tried the firewall but can't see it there.

Please download, install and run the free version of Malwarebytes and it should find it and remove it.

The good news is was not a virus, as there are none in the wild for Mac OS. However there can be other malware which users mistakenly call a virus. I'm glad you got it sorted out, if you think your issue has been solved, please mark this thread as solved, it may help someone else.
Thank you so much for your help. This solved my problem. Apparently I did have a virus. Forty items were quarantined. YEA!!!
