Procreate app greyed out in App Store

Hello,

I would like to purchase an app, but it is greyed out. I cannot seem to purchase it. I have checked my account and all is well. You can see that other apps are not greyed out. I have a brand new IPad Air that I was given for Christmas. It has the latest operating system.
