Cant review iCloud account

Trying to review iCloud account but just sat on same loading screen...

Thank you for using Apple Support Communities. 


I see that you are having an issue with viewing your iCloud account. For this issue, I would recommend some basic troubleshooting like restarting and then checking again. 


Here’s how to:  Restart iPad - Apple Support


If that doesn’t help, have you tried connecting to another Wi-Fi network and attempting again?
