I only get a white screen and when i push the hold the side button and volume button it wont restart

That is not how to force restart iPhone 11.
Press and quickly release volume up button
Then press and quickly release volume down button
Then press and keep holding power button (keep holding past swipe to power off) until the Apple Logo appears then let go
