Hi ya, I have just received a email as a receipt of purchasing something which I haven’t, the receipt says that it is purchased in America which I am in England. Could you help

i got an email saying my apple id has been logged in china, however i got an email saying my apple id has been logged in china, however, the email was not using my actual apple id (which is an old email), it was saying an apple id under my CURRENT email address (which i don't believe has ever been set up with apple) was used in china. what's going on?

It could be a scam attempt. Are you sure it comes from Apple?
