APN settings access
When changing SIM cards on an iPad, the carrier will not change, and I do not have access to the APN settings to change them. How do I get access to them?

Access to APN settings is controlled by your carrier. Not all carriers allow access to APN settings on iPad, iPhone or both. This is a Carrier/SIM-specific feature.
