Do you backup with iCloud or iTunes and if you do, are your camera roll photos included in the backup? If yes to both questions, restore the backup. You can transfer all of your photos, data and settings, from the old phone to the new one by using one of these methods.

If you use iCloud Photos, you have to download them again from iCloud by turning on iCloud Photos in Settings>Your Name>iCloud>Photos>iCloud a photos>On.
