Manually add workout in the Workout app

Is there a way to log a workout retroactively in the Workout app? If I did a workout while my Apple Watch was charging, can I manually add it later?

Also my rings do not seem to be picking up a workout I logged in MyFitnessPal. Is this normal or should the rings be able to read info from MyFitnessPal?

In the Health App tap on the browse tab at the

bottom then tap activity and scroll down to workouts

then tap on workouts and in the the top right hand

corner of the screen it says add data, tap on that and

you can enter a new workout and when you're finished tap on add at the top right of the screen.
