I can’t update apps

Everytime I try to update an app on my phone , it will ask for me to sign in with an Apple ID that I did not create or using. I know my Apple ID email and it password but still it won’t let me do anything,

how can I reset everything so that I can update things and download as well

iPhone 8 Plus, iOS 13

Delete the app that is requesting the other Apple ID and then download it using your Apple ID if desired. You may have to sign out of the App Store/iTunes, restart the phone and sign back in to reset things.
