Reminders freezes on OS 13.3 iPhone

I have a new iPhone 11 Pro running the latest iOS 13.3 and am a frequent user of the Reminders app. I’ve noticed ever since they revamped reminders in iOS 13 that it is absolutely horrible. Mine frequently freezes and glitches. I have lots of issues going to a reminder and setting a customer alert time. Sometimes I create a reminder and it doesn’t save. I’ve tried force closing the app, restarting my phone, reinstalling iOS. The app hangs fairly frequently (maybe 1 in 10 reminders I enter) that I am not sure how anyone ever can use this.

Am I the only one having this issue? I figured the update to 13.1, 13.2, or 13.3 would’ve fixed this.
