CBS All Access

I am subscribed for CBS all access in iTunes, I have re-confirmed this many times. Yes, when using the CBS all access app on Apple TV 4K. It keeps asking me to log in, and will not let me use restore iTunes purchase. Keep getting failure message. Any ideas?

When you subscribe to CBS through the CBS application you will have to watch CBS content through their application. Alternatively you can subscribe to CBS through Apple TV Channels which means that you would have to watch all of CBS’ content through the Apple TV application. I personally prefer subscribing to CBS through Apple TV Channels as it allows Apple to build a fantastic streaming application while allowing CBS to do what they do best, provide content. What is also great about Apple TV Channels is that any device signed in with your Apple ID can access the subscription as well as family members with Apple’s Family Sharing. Apple TV Channels are also ad free.
