How do you rest an iPhone 8 if you forgot the restrictions passcode?

Probably we’d to reset to factory settings erasing all content or sign in iCloud and erase it but set it up as new iPhone as it will be there on a backup.

Happened to me once and fixed it but don’t remember exactly how.
