Hi. My 3 year old iPhone 6 is not accepting my passcode. I wanted to back it up but it asked me for my passcode and refused to accept my regular numerical one. What do I do? I want to check my stored data in my iCloud and restart it or whatever is the best option. Also, why did this happen?

Since I or Apple do not have your passcode, we can't help you.

If it refuses means you do not have the correct passcode/password.
I did not forget it. I’ve been using the same passcode since years. I wanted to back up iCloud because it was asking me to. I went to my back up settings and it strangely asked me to enter my passcode and refused to accept it. Then locked me out. It’s not disabled yet, I can see my texts and mails on my locked screen. Please help me restore it.
Hey you’re not being very helpful. I just want to restore my phone. I just checked my data is stored in my iCloud. My passcode has not changed in years. I’m the only person to use my phone so I would know. Can I get tech support to restore it.
