After restoring my iPhone is asking me again for a Passcode
I did the restore in the order the page said, because the the iphone keeps asking for a 6 digit passcode I did not set, but it does not work

If it is asking for the passcode while you are attempting to restore it you did not follow the instructions to put it into Recovery mode. If you did put it in Recovery mode and restored it then it may be asking you to set a new passcode.
