a piece of dust between the earphone (where calls are heard) and the screen glass

it is very annoying to see and I tried to remove it with scotch but it does not come off. tips?

Have you already tried to gently remove it using a wooden toothpick and/or a soft brush?

If you still can not remove it, I would have it inspected at an Apple Store or AASP.
