If this is the Samsung Xpress C430W, https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT201311 shows that this printer supports AirPrint. Have you tried adding it with AirPrint?

Have you found a solution?  I figured it out today.  If you go to the directory Library/Printers/Samsung/UPD/Filters, you will see 5 files:

Open System Preferences and click on Security and Privacy.  Click on the Lock on the bottom left corner to unlock.  Now, click on each of the 4 programs shown in the window above.  You will get a terminal screen that shows the execution and stops.  After each one, you will see a line pop up at the bottom of the Security and Privacy screen asking if you want to run this anyway.  Click on it and click on any message that comes

up.  I do not have a screen capture of the other screens as I was just trying this trick and it worked.

I did this for all 4 and now my printer is back to working.  Hope this is helpful. You may also need to remove the printer after this and add it again.

you can try the mojave driver or contact them to see if they plan on making a catalina driver, if not then you need a new printer or to downgrade to mojava
