Printer driver

Unfortunately, HP does not appear to have macOS 10.15 Catalina drivers for your printer.

There are HP drivers for earlier system versions available for download from Apple (HP Printer Drivers v5.1 for OS X). An HP LaserJet CP1025 was mentioned in Printer and scanner drivers for Mac - Apple Support.

With a printer that is not AirPrint-enabled, you would probably have to contact HP in order to investigate whether or not they intend to supply Catalina-compatible software for the model in question. Otherwise, and if existing older/generic drivers do not work, one of the few remaining possibilities may be to use Windows (perhaps via a virtual machine like Parallels) for printing purposes.

IMPORTANT: Get drivers from the manufacturer and none other. Elsewise, you may end up with spyware or malware installed.

And GutenPrint does not show HP LaserJet CP1025 driver support either. This color laser is still supported on Linux via HP's Linux Imaging and Printing project.
