Hello,
We bought our new iPhones in November and my Bluetooth has not worked at all since we bought them. It spins and does not connect or load any Bluetooth devices. Can someone please help? I am not able to use the Bluetooth connection in either of my vehicles, iPhone watch, Alexa or any other little device I use daily.

The only option you can try is:
Settings>General>Reset>Reset Network Settings, keeping in mind that this procedure also resets Wi-Fi networks and passwords, cellular settings, and VPN and APN settings that you've used before, but NO other data is affected.
When done, restart your iPhone then test its BT connections.

If you can't connect a Bluetooth accessory to your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support
If the issue still persists, I don't see any other solution, sorry.

If you already tested (to no avail) BT connection with different BT devices, since your iPhone is still covered by warranty, have it inspected at an Apple Store or Authorized Service Provider. After checking it out, they'll give you all the available options:--> Apple – Location Selector

So there is no option into trying to help fix it or any trick to having it load other than take it to apple to be inspected? I live 2 hours away from an apple store.

I tried the reset and it is still not working. I reached out to AT&T as provided above and there is nothing they can do and said that I needed to contact Apple.

Sorry about that. Then your only option is to make an appointment at your most convenient Apple Store or Authorized Service Provider and have your iphone inspected.
