Clean install

During clean install my screen went dark and show a blinking file with a question mark in it

Flashing question mark/ file on screen. My sister was trying to delete the computer stuff to give it to me. We have followed all steps. And when we get to the reinstalling part, it gives us a remaining time. And after a few minutes before being complete turns off and then goes for the screen pictured.

Sounds like your hard drive failed or you deleted things prior to trying the clean install.
