Activation Lock ON, please help!!!

Hi, my wife's Iphone 6S gone suddenly off, it was disabled and required to connect to itunes, as soon as i connected it to itunes i made factory reset, since it was saying, that was unable to recover data or something like that. after all resetting operations are done Iphone won’t start saying following: enter the apple id and password that were used to set up this iphone b*****@hotmail.com,

after i type correct ID it says: incorrect apple ID, the apple id b*****@hotmail.com cannot be used to unlock this phone.

as i told this is my wife’s iphone and i have 2 more my personal phones, 3 of them are using 1 apple ID b*****@hotmail.com belonging to me.

I searched apple forums and got from them, that activation lock turned ON on this phone and to turn it off, it’s required to remove the phone from iclouds account, which was removed successfully, but unfortunately even it doesn’t help and now i cannot see this iphone on icloud anymore.

Can apple help me somehow to unlock or to turn off act lock on the iphone 6S?
