Mouse cursor invisible with Mojave 10.14.6 upgrade

My mouse cursor has become invisible off & on since the last upgrade the computer did to 10.14.6. You can see it is going over things on the screen but can't see the cursor itself or where you are moving it too?? Then all the sudden it comes on and shows up. Anyone else??

Hello OnDaRoad,

Thanks for reaching out to the Apple Support Communities!  From your message I understand you're having an issue with the cursor being visible at all times. You've provided great information that this only began after updating to macOS 10.14.6.

Since it began after an update, try resetting the NVRAM. The NVRAM is nonvolatile random-access memory which your Mac uses to store some settings for quick access. Follow the steps in this article: Reset NVRAM or PRAM on your Mac

If the issue persists, restart your Mac in safe mode. With safe mode all items which launch at startup are disabled temporarily. This helps to isolate the issue further. This article will show you how to restart in safe mode: Use safe mode to isolate issues with your Mac

If the issue doesn't occur in safe mode, restart your Mac and see if it reoccurs. If it reoccurs, one of the login items may be creating the issue. Follow the steps provided in step 3 of this article to remove all the login items: Open items automatically when you log in on Mac. Once you have removed them all, restart your Mac and see if the issue is resolved.

Let me know the results.

All the best.
