Is this a legit iTunes order text message?

I just received a text saying


"Thank you for purchasing AcuPrime subscription from iTune Store. Your order details are as below. Amount: 499.99 USD If this order hasn't been placed by you, Then call our support team."


Is this a legit text message?

Same call 2:30 12/28. They even gave me an Apple ID verification code - initially it sounded legit. Cited the last four numbers of my credit card and gave the name of the credit card. Set the charge was placed in Germany for ACU prime iTunes store or at $99.99. And they wanted me to give them authorization for them to put a call on speaker phone to talk to somebody else. At that point I called My credit card company. And the charge was on my account.
