airplay only streaming audio not video

For some reason, whenever I attempt to airplay a live video (through jplayer) only the audio goes through, not the actual video itself. This wasn't the case before as I have been doing it for the past few years. At first I thought it was my iPad, so i tried it on my phone instead and it worked. But now, it doesn't work on my iPhone or iPad. Does anyone have a fix for this?
