Can anyone help with restoring my ipad that is diabled. I get through all the itunes step fine but after the download, I get an error message that my "firmware file is not compatible."
Trying to restore a 5th generation ipad for my 88 year old mother-in-law who forgot her passcode and tried so many times she is locked out and disabled. Plugged in to itunews to restore and get all the way to the end of the download and an erro message comes up stating my "firmware file is incompatible."
