Files and folders view

Why can't you remove or add to files and folders view ? The "+" (plus) & "-" (minus) buttons are greyed out even with the pane unlocked. (Attached) - MacOS 10.15.2

I believe that section is for modern Apps which ask for access. When the developer creates the app, they mark it with certain "entitlements" in order to access your user data or other app's data.

I think Full Disk Access would allow the app access until they update the app to use the new security model.
