Mac OS Catalina photo screen saver how to change picture display timing

There was a hack for earlier versions of the Mac operating system that let you change how long a particular picture is displayed in the Mac photos screensaver. Say have it display for 30 seconds or 60 seconds, versus the about 10 seconds that they show by default. That older hack doesn't work with the newer versions of the operating system.


Does anyone know if Apple cares about this, it seems like an obvious feature, as now the pictures change very rapidly and you can't got back to a previous picture like you can on Windows (at least the last time I used Windows)
