I’ve got orientation on and have restarted my iPad Air but it still won’t rotate.
Despite orientation lock is off and I’ve restarted my iPad Air it still won’t rotate. Any additional idea?

Try using this application to see if iPad’s Accelerometer can detect any movement. This is the sensor that informs iPad when its orientation has changed.

It appears that your accelerometer has failed. Unfortunately there’s not much you can do as its soldered to iPad’s logic board.

Does anything on your iPad rotate? Not all applications support landscape or portrait orientation. iPhone applications that run on iPad also do not often support screen re-orientation.
Nothing rotates unfortunately.
Thanks. I downloaded the app. The accelerometer says 7.7-7.8g on the y axis. Not much on the other axis. Does that Help? Appreciate your thoughts.

Oh, it appears to be measuring the Y axis only.
