I don’t remember my passcode to unlock my iPhone 6s because I haven’t used it in a while. I put the SIM card into my new iPhone 11. How can I reset or open my iPhone 6s so my family member can use it

Passcode - If you forgot the passcode for your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch, or your device is disabled

Then do the steps in the article below to make it 'their' phone.
