Serial number is not valid

I bought my iPhone SE from Machine Sdn Bhd (Apple Store in Malaysia) in 2017. I assumed that it is an original set. Recently I check my serial number, to my horror, it's serial number is not recognized! My daughter iPhone SE which is bought from another Machine shop is also not recognized! what should we do? Or who should we contact?
