Change resting calories on Apple Watch.

Is there any way to change the resting Calories on the Apple Watch? I saw a forum from 2015 but nothing has been answered. I know my resting calories are too high because when I eat as much as they say, I gain weight so I know my BMR is around 400 calories lower.

Resting calories consist of your Basal Metabolic Rate (BMR), the minimum calories required to support your body's basic physiological needs and based on your age, height, weight, and gender, plus an estimate of those calories required for activities like digestion and being mentally alert. there is no way to edit this.
