Apple watch resting calories way higher than it should be.

Does apple watch calculate full day worth of calories automatically?

Im 34, female (61 Kgs), who is lightly active (avg of 30 mins of exercise a day). So my BMR is around 1600’s calories a day. My age, height and weight are all up to date on the app. But my resting calories calculated by the apple watch are a lot higher and different each day. I will attach screenshots of the numbers.

I tried resetting and updating software on both phone and watch but still the same. Am I missing something?
