How do you put a new sim in and not have to restore

Bought daughter a 2nd hand iphone 6 and when we put the sim in its asking which device we want to restore from ( i have a work ipad that is maxed out and this is the only option it's giving, no option for not choosing anything? Iphone

Old Iphone this is my daughters old iPhone and I would like to give this to my mum who has an ee contract and I would like to put her SIM card into this phone. This phone needs to be reset or blanked and I cannot do this. Please reset so a different SIM card can be inserted.

You should also have the option "Set up as a new iPhone". Select that instead.
