I have logged into to Icloud using a Windows 10 pc and looking at my devices it says i am running macOS Yosemite, but i don't have a Mac PC, Just an Ipad, Iphone and watch, which all appear in the list, anyone know why it shows i am running macOS Yosemite
That is part of the description of what devices/computers will show on your device list. It will be there whether you have a computer or not. It doesn't mean there is a computer signed into your Apple ID.

Hi so above where you see the pictures of your devices it says MY DEVICES. - you are signed in and running IOS 8, macOS Yosemite, watchOS 1 or later. I get the watchOS and IOS 8 but I have never used a Mac?
Does it show as a Windows computer or a Mac?

You are welcome. If the only things you see in your device list are your iPad, iPhone and watch, where are you seeing the Yosemite device/computer?
