Hi I got to know that my new iPhone 11 Pro is made in Japan... what I want to know is it original?

The word "Japan" does not appear anywhere on that label. It was made in China. It was originally sold in Japan.
Can you sign into iCloud with your ID and use the App Store, etc?
Does iTunes see it as an iPhone?

I feel it’s original but what made me confused is when I scanned the par code through (made in app.) it gave me made in Japan.. that is the whole story...

First of all, no iPhones are assembled in Japan. Some components are made in Japan but not the iPhone itself. They're all assembled in China.
