How do I delete 'Find My' app from Mac

I'm not comfortable everyone with access to my mac can locate all my devices without entering my apple id. I don't need this app, I was perfectly ok with using web version for that.

MacBook Air 13", macOS 10.15

As dialabrain said, nobody can see your location unless you explicitly allow it. And removing the Find My application would not do that, anyway. It’s purpose is to let YOU find where your devices are, and where your friends are - provided they give you permission.

Don’t worry, and just leave it where it is, it is not snitching on you. Well, and one day it may well help you, if, say, you don’t remember where you left your iPhone.

I don't. My mac has just a generic login without password

So, you let everyone access your account. That is the problem.

So the 'correct way' of using mac means my wife should login with her account each time to check the weather?

Yes, that is the "correct" way to use any computer.

On the Mac, you can use Fast User Switching to bounce between accounts.
