I'm running Ventura (13.1). The "Find My" application came pre-installed in the Applications folder, but I don't see it in the App Store.
There is also the iCloud Web interface: https://www.icloud.com/

Find my is part of macOS. If you can't find it, you can utilize the web portal at https://icloud.com/find
What macOS version do you have on your MacBook Air? That information is available at Apple menu > About This Mac.
I don't remember exactly when the Find My app became available for Macs but it may have been Catalina (macOS 10.15). For a long time there was a Find My app on iPhones and on iPads but on Macs you had to use it in an internet browser ( www.icloud.com/find ).
If you're talking about the Find My app for the iPhone, here's a link to its description:
https://apps.apple.com/us/app/find-my-iphone/id376101648
The description says it will run on iOS 8.0 or later. I don't remember downloading this app to my iPhone, so maybe it comes as standard with some iOS installations.
