12.4 iOS verification failed

Downloaded the12.4of iOS iPhone X.. when I tried to install it is shown that.unable to verify update....you are no longer connected to the internet..my internet is alright..I deleted update and tried again.failed.howfix without erasing data ..even when I connected to iTunes??

You should run Software Update to download iOS 13.3.
