How am I able to share an iTunes song from the iTunes Store via text where the intended number can purchase the song? I’ve shared a song and the recipient of my text received the link, but was prompted to subscribe to Apple Music. That’s NOT what we want. The intention is to be able to share a link that directs people to the iTunes Store to be able to purchase the song or entire album. Please help!!

I understand that you want to be able to share a song in a text and for the recipient to receive a link to purchase it instead of getting an option to sign up for Apple Music. If this song is one that you have purchased, then the recipient will get a link to purchase the song. If this song is one that you do not own, but have downloaded from Apple Music, the recipient will get the option to listen and subscribe to Apple Music.
Another option, is that you could always send them the link via Link Maker so that they get the option to purchase. Here is iTunes Link Maker
You can create link for the song or album and send it to the recipient to purchase.
