Group Competition on Apple Watch

Is there still no way of doing group/multiple people competitions, this seems like such a basic function i'm surprised it isn't an option? Thanks

So that, everyone in a "Group" Competition can simultaneously see everyone else's progress? I do know how to start a single competition with one friend, already.
