No closed captions in music videos Apple tv

Hi! I have a problem. When I watch some music videos on iPhone they do have CC. But the same videos on Apple TV don’t, but they have English CC turned on when I swipe down. Also I turned on CC and SDH in settings. anyone had the same problem?
