How can I use memoji in e mails?

I want to use memoji in my emails. I have the EmojiMe app. Help!

How to Change Memoji Saved to gmail/iPhone? I have created a Memoji and took the picture with the colored background, that is now saved with my Apple ID and attached to my gmail. When I send an email the Memoji appears instead of my initials. (ie MF) i understand how to create a new Memoji but How can you change the Memoji that is saved there now, and/or delete it?? Photo attached of what I would like to change.

I can’t use memoji in other apps (rather than messages) I have the option to use memoji in messages. But in my regular keyboard they doesn’t appear. When I want to use memoji stickers in WhatsApp or Instagram it doesn’t shows in my keyboard. Usually it would appear in the “most used” section of the emoji keyboard but mine doesn’t have this option. Please help me.

Emoji’s on iPad’s Mail. I can’t find emoji’s when using the Mail app on my new iPad. Anyone know how to fix that?
