How to update from Yosemite to Mojave

Hi.

Just need a bit of a hand.

I have a Mid 2012 Macbook Pro 13".

I just want to find out if its at all possible to upgrade from Yosemite to Mojave.

I don't want to go to Catalina as there are just too many issues for some of the things i run at this point in time.

Additionally what would be the best for me to upgrade to if i can't get this one to Mojave.
