I can't seem to be able to open my new Apple iPad. Just received it. Charge it and now I can get past passcode request. I tried inputting my Apple ID password, that doesn't work. What can I do next to get this iPad to open up? i
Did I lock it somehow? There is a lock symble at the top of the unit. Does that mean I locked it?
