I found very frustrations when I use the keyboard for input device, the software keyboard appears to interfere with my keyboard entry. Can someone advise me how to disable the software keyboard when I use the attached keyboard. Thanks!

The on-screen keyboard should automatically disappear whenever you attach a hardware keyboard. Press the keyboard-down button in the lower right corner of the on-screen keyboard to hide it.
Yes, press the keyboard-down button the on-screen keyboard hides but it comes back when I press any key of hardware keyboard. Thus cause me frustration and raise this question for help.
