Passcode won't work anymore

My iPhone is asking for a new passcode but won't accept the current one. If I reboot the phone it will accept my current passcode but then ask me to change. Once again it won't accept my current passcode. I am in an endless loop. I can't restore because I have never done a backup. What do I do?
