apple has just did transaction to my bank account without my permission, I did not purchase anything from them currently, I purchased MS 365 few month ago, but I awake today morning and find a messing from bank that apple has taken, the message says "ISO Sale has occurred involving account 011206***2300 and amount: 179,900.00TZS ON 29/12/2019:2:31:APPLE.COM/BILL ITUNES.COM IE". how can I get my money back and how can I restrict them from accessing my account without my permission or without me doing any transactions?? please help

Yes Chrisdevilio, I contacted apple, and they refund to my bank account exactly amount of money they withdraw! With many sorry, so it is possible if they mistakenly charges you a product without your permission or make an order to refund you. Remember my case was double charges in one product done by both Apple and Microsoft

I made exactly the same experience, yesterday 09.01.2020 at 06:00 my credit card was charged CHF 100.00 also with the note APPLE.COM/BILL ITUNES.COM IE

Neither me, than anyone else from my apple family purcheased anything neither from app store than from itunes store. Did you hear back anything from apple?
