iTunes card not activated correctly

I bought an itunes card but when I try the code in my itunes account it says the wasn't activated correctly. I went back to store where I bought it and they scanned the ticket and it says the card is activated and already used...

Try contacting iTunes Support (they are likely to want to see images of the front and back of the card and its receipt) : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/ww  (click on your country's flag, the country where you live, and which is therefore the country on the account ; click on Get Support)
