Installing .pkg files on Catalina 10.15.2

Trying to download .pkg files on Catalina 10.15.2, error 'This package is incompatible with this version of macOS. ' only given the option to quit. Is there any way to download?

Exactly what are you trying to install? Catalina does not support 32bit apps.

.pkg files Can not get .pkg files to open or run in Catalina. Nothing happens when I try to install or open the install packages

mojave download I am getting a message that the link to the Mojave download installer is damaged. I can't upgrade to Catalina as some of the software i use does not support it yet.
